- This application is merely an offer by the Applicant(s) to acquire premises on the company’s
standard terms of sale of premises, with or without the right to use car parking space. This
application does no confer any right or assurance of allotment and the Company has the absolute
right to accept or reject this application at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons
- The Applicant unequivocally confirms that this application is not a reservation of a unit nor does it
create any right or interest in the unit or the project in any way whatsoever. Any such right shall arise
only after the Applicant and the Company execute the standard agreement pertaining to the Unit
under consideration. Upon the agreement being signed the deposit amount paid under the
Application stage shall be transferred towards the payment towards the cost of the unit and this
shall be reflected in the agreement.
- This application is to be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total cost for the
application to be considered. This deposit of 10% or part thereof is interest free refundable deposit.
In case the Company accepts the application, the Applicant shall come forward and sign the
standard agreement within _____ week (______days) of being informed of the acceptance of the
application. In the event the Applicant does not come forward and sign the agreement within ____
week (_____days) mentioned herein, the Company is entitled to charge interest on delayed
payment. In case the applicant withdraws the application in writing from the date of acceptance by
company, then the Company shall refund the deposit amount after deducting 10% of the received
amount after 6 months or upon resale of the flat whichever is later.
- The Applicant/s has accepted the plans, designs, specifications, unit number, location of the unit,
floor plan, floor area and amenities of the Project.
GST and all other taxes as applicable from time to time shall be extra and borne by the applicant
I / We the above applicant(s) do hereby declare that the above particulars given by me/us are true
and correct and nothing has been concealed therefrom. Any allotment against this application shall
be subject to the terms and conditions of the Builder Buyer Agreement the terms and conditions
whereof shall ipso-facto be applicable to my/our legal heirs and successors. I/We undertake to
inform the Company of any change in my/our address or in any other particulars/ information given
above till the booked property is registered in my/our name(s). I/We declare that in case of nonallotment of the flat, my/our claim shall be limited only to the refund of the deposited amount
without any interest..
