Cancellation terms & conditions.

| 1 | Total Maint. is 2.5/sqft will be collected at the time of handing over the Plots for 2 years. |
| 1.1 | We will have Scheme 10:20:70 on Which we will take 1 lakh as EOI deposit and balance of 10% within 7 days, 20% before Agreement ( with-in a months time) and rest of 70% after Agreement within 3 weeks. |
